I am too busy to sit around for two hours

Dr. Ashtiani is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and empathetic.
However I waited 2 hours for my first scheduled visit and left without seeing him. This time I waited a full hour, but did succeed in meeting with him. This overbooking is really disrespectful and totally unacceptable.
I am hopeful whoever is in charge will read this and address this issue. Another of Dr. Ashtiani's patients left without seeing him while I was there during this visit. This is not the way to treat "valued" patients or to build confidence in the care we are receiving. Denise Dale

The office staff are kind and helpful. We went to the wrong office for an echo, they called to see where we were at, we headed to their office and were 40 minutes late, they fit us in. The echo Tech was awsome! Thank you
