Dr Cohen is an excellent cardiologist. I have no negative comments about him. However, the office staff at the Santa Ana office need improvement. It is extremely difficult to reach the Santa Ana office via telephone. I frequently need to report an INR reading. It is always a headache get someone to answer the phone. There is frequently a message that they are busy or the answering service is activated during the day. When someone does answer the phone I’m am immediately put on hold before I can say anything, sometimes for as long as 10 minutes.

The provider seemed to be rushed. I was only able to ask a couple questions. I was given very simple answer when I wanted to learn more about my abnormal results.

The Doctor is the best at the hospital And I’m one of the worst patients he could have. We came to an understanding due to the the doctors perception and aggressive action and he made me understand what I needed to do.
