The receptionist is very friendly and courteous. I felt at ease right away. Then Betty the nurse to Dr Eslami is very helpful and explain to me every step of the procedures I had before seeing the doctor. Thank you.

I am too busy to sit around for two hours

I need a face to face I can go to and in the next two weeks

Dr. Ashtiani is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and empathetic.
However I waited 2 hours for my first scheduled visit and left without seeing him. This time I waited a full hour, but did succeed in meeting with him. This overbooking is really disrespectful and totally unacceptable.
I am hopeful whoever is in charge will read this and address this issue. Another of Dr. Ashtiani's patients left without seeing him while I was there during this visit. This is not the way to treat "valued" patients or to build confidence in the care we are receiving. Denise Dale
