Dr. Mitiku has a great personality, very understanding, efficient, professional and knowledgeable, I always have a great visit and trust whatever he has to say. Thanks to him I was able to walk my daughter down the aisle and have the father daughter dance at her wedding, of which I am so grateful!

Dr. Cohen is great. I have had him as my doctor for a good many years. He is always professional and responsive to my needs. My only criticism is the front office staff (particularly at the Santa Ana office). When I call I’m always immediately put on hold without even being given the opportunity to say a word. I have been on hold up to 14 minutes before anyone answers the phone (my phone has a timer so I know exactly how long I am on hold). On a “good day” I am usually only on hold for 6-7 minutes. When I have to frequently call in with INR results the wait on hold is entirely unsatisfactory and certainly not professional.
